The wildfire advisory that was in place for the Rocky Forest Area (RFA) has now been lifted.
The fire advisory was in place for the Town of Rocky Mountain House, Clearwater County, the Village of Caroline and the Summer Village of Burnstick Lake.
Those holding a valid fire permit are now allowed to burn and new fire permits will be issued.
The wildfire hazard in the RFA is moderate.
Smoke from wildfires in British Columbia are expected to continue to drift into the area.
